Big4 Forest Glen Resort is nestled within 48 acres of rainforest and parkland set in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Four types of quality accommodation. Drive through powered and ensuite sites, campsites overlooking the rainforest. Facilities include 2 full sized tennis courts, heated pool, spa & water slide, games room, kiosk, internet access, bird feeding and daily movies. Booking Terms & Conditions
Minium booking periods from 2 to 7 days apply weekends, holidays and other periods of seasonal demand. All prices are based on a two night stay. A 20% surcharge applies for one night bookings in cabins. Weekend rates apply for all cabins and Ensuites during value season. Guests must vacate the park by 10am. Late check out is available for an additional fee when forward bookings allow. Park facilities are for registers guests only. Guest visitors must register with Reception before entering the Park and a fee applies. Special booking & Cancellation conditions apply all holidays and long weekend periods. Management endeavours to hold the accommodation or site booked but reserves the right to transfer a booking without notice. Specific sites cannot be guaranteed and groups cannot be accommodated in holiday or long weekend periods. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the park.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
During off peak periods your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 cancellation fee if we are notified of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
During school holidays and long weekends payment in full is required prior to arrival and cancellations after the advised due date forfeit 50% of the full tariff. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date forfeit the full amount. Bookings for holiday periods or long weekends cannot be transferred once the due date has passed.
The BIG4 guarantee assures full refund of your tariff within one hour of arrival if you are not completely satisfied with your accommodation or site. After this time there is no refund or credit for early departure. This includes due to inclement weather.
A $30.00 processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Conditions of kart hire:
Both the single and double karts are hired under the following conditions. Please read carefully before signing and returning your registration form.
I hereby accept full responsibility for breakages, loss or left of all karts and helmets hired. Equipment returned must be the same as hired. Any subsequent damage to Langmill Pty Ltd trading as Big 4 Forest Glen Holiday Resort property will be charged to the credit card on my reservation file. The use of karts is at my sole risk and responsibility; absolutely and without recourse and I agree not to hold Langmill Pty Ltd trading as Big 4 Forest Glen Holiday Resort or any agent or employee liable for any injuries incurred or afflicted. Late return of rental will be subject to an additional hourly hire charge. I agree to wear a safety helmet at all times and to obey all road rules. I agree that children under 8 years of age will be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. I accept the terms and conditions stated and that these same conditions apply for multiple hiring’s for the duration of my stay.
Conditions of entry of Kids Club:
Parents please note carefully this establishment provides activities for the convenience of parents and children While every care is taken in providing this service for you, a condition of entry is that it shall be at your own risk and responsibility. By leaving your child with the carer you are deemed to indemnify the proprietor, his agents, staff and carers from all legal liability against any injury of the child.
Kids Club is not held in an approved child care facility. With the exception of “Mums Night Off” or specific sessions as noted on the Kids Club timetable, children are NOT signed in and are free to leave Kids Club sessions at any time. A parent/guardian must remain in the park during each session your child participates in.
Special Needs: Our staff or facility is not equipped to accommodate children with special needs, to change nappies or to administer medications.
