Q. How far is Forest Glen Holiday Resort from the beach?
A. It often takes longer to find a car park once you get there then to drive to the beach! Mooloolaba is the closest surf beach and traveling time is approx 15mins.

Q. Can the kids bring their bikes?
A. Bikes are welcome and their is plenty of room to ride them. Skateboards, roller blades
and electric scooters are not permitted in the park.

Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out for all cabins and sites is 10am on the morning of departure.

Q. Can we get a late check out?
A. Depending on Arrivals for that day, a late checkout is often possible for a small fee
but can only be guaranteed on the day of Departure.

Q. How big are your camping sites?
A. The average site size is 6m x 6m. During school holidays and most weekends it is important that everything you bring, including your vehicle, fits completely within your site.

Q. Can we bring an extra car?
A. This depends on anticipated capacity within the park and is at the discretion of Management.

Q. Can we put two tents on one site?
A. Usually, this depends on how big they are. In most cases a second two man tent will be permitted but again this is at the discretion of Management.

Q. I stayed here last Christmas/Easter/School Holidays. Can I rebook the same site?
A. Yes. You have first preference on the same site or cabin for a certain time after each holiday period. Please ask Reception for the dates at which we open bookings to all.

Q. I need to leave earlier than my scheduled stay. Can I have a refund?
A. In peak periods and school holidays we do not refund for early departure.
At other times a refund or credit note may be possible.
